Iván Quiñones and Adrián Cárdenas make up Creactiva, an open structure for research and collective production of urban space based on the recognition of collaborative social and political practices.

The actions developed by La Creactiva, articulated with different work networks since 2009, show a panorama of urban practices linked to social and popular processes in the production of the city. In this exercise, collective action has been used as a means for the construction of experiences that reflect the capacity for transformation of social realities and their materialization in spaces for urban negotiation. Within the framework of the call for multidisciplinary residencies "New relationships with capital" at the Casa Tres Patios contemporary art center in Medellín, the laboratory "Landscapes of Difference" has been proposed. In this space, the experience of the collective in its approach to urban space and practices will be questioned, as well as the individual experiences of its members in terms of their relationships with the city, the landscape and political action.

Adrián Cardenas Roa

Architect linked to different processes of social and popular coordination in the south of the city of Bogotá, with experience in the development of projects and research on the landscape, urban spatial restructuring processes and unequal risk relationships.

Ivan Arturo Quiñones Aranda

Architect with experience in school architecture and specialist in Sustainable Building, with works focused on responsible architectural production in political, social and environmental terms, combining professional practice with popular knowledge.

For the residence of Casa tres Patios they developed the project "Landscapes of Difference". The residence proposed an approach to organizations, social processes and urban practices that managed to be part of a differential landscape in Medellín, in contrast to the landscape defined by the capitalist or dominant relations of the city.
